Located in a quiet area with all services at your disposal, this apartment boasts numerous features that keep the spaces bright and inviting. Please note that due to its location in an apartment block, the property has direct views of neighboring buildings.

Situated on the first floor of a building with an elevator, the interior of the property is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The spacious living-dining room, equipped with air conditioning and a Smart TV, will be the ideal place to relax or enjoy a drink with your companions at the end of the day. The kitchen is open to the living room and is equipped with a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for convenient dining. The apartment also includes a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.

For sleeping arrangements, there are two bedrooms, both with fans. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second has two single beds. Additionally, two more guests can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. A bathroom with a shower serves the apartment. If you're traveling with a baby, we can provide a crib and a high chair.
