Deze vakantiewoning voor 6 personen heeft vier badkamers en drie slaapkamers en beschikt over vier eenpersoonsbedden en vier tweepersoonsbedden. De vakantiewoning is voorzien van een TV. Daarnaast is er een barbecue, een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een zwembad. De badkamer is voorzien van een bidet, vier toiletten, drie douches, een ligbad en acht wastafels.

De vakantiewoning beschikt over drie koel- en vriescombinaties.

Kinderen

Speciaal voor (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en zijn er twee kinderstoelen.

Keuken

De keuken is voorzien van twee koffiezetapparaten, twee magnetrons, twee ovens, twee fornuizen en een vaatwasser.

Het adres en de contactgegevens van de eigenaar van Can Rius ontvangt u via de verhuurder, nadat u de accommodatie gereserveerd heeft.

The exterior of the house is wonderful: go outside to the terrace, have a great barbecue, swim in the pool or simply relax in the garden. The 100 m2 porch is furnished with a huge wooden table where you can all get together to eat and cook, since right next to the barbecue there is a second (outdoor) kitchen that also has a dishwasher. At the front of the porch, facing the pool, there is a chill out area with chairs and armchairs, perfect for enjoying moments of relaxation. The chlorine pool is private and measures 4.5 x 8 meters. In the pool area, in addition to several sun loungers, there is a pergola perfect for enjoying dinners and breakfasts outdoors, enjoying the good Mediterranean climate.

This two-story, 250 m2 house has three double bedrooms and is ideal for couples with children or small groups of friends. One of the bedrooms is equipped with two single beds, while the other two have a double bed. The three bedrooms are located on the first floor, where we also find 3 bathrooms (two of them en suite) and on the ground floor, we also find a bathroom. Three of the bathrooms have a shower and one has a bathtub. You feel a warm atmosphere in each room. Sit down and relax in the living room, where there are sofas to enjoy a good read, watch satellite TV or take the opportunity to take a short nap. The independent kitchen has everything you need so you can cook without problems: toaster, coffee maker, oven and gas stove, cutlery, kitchen utensils, refrigerator with freezer and much more. Obviously there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The house is located in Muro, right on the edge of town, so it is a very quiet area, and at the same time, comfortable due to its proximity to everything you may need during your vacation; supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, bars and some restaurants. Ca’n Picafort and Ses Casetes des Capellans are just a 10-minute drive away. There you can spend a good day on the large sandy beach or enjoy a cocktail while admiring the sunset. In the area there are also several restaurants where you can eat good paella, also with sea views! The Ca’n Picafort promenade has a wide variety of bars and shops and is always very lively. If you go towards Alcúdia, you will find Playa de Muro, a quiet area, with a protected dune area and crystal clear waters. It is also worth going to Alcúdia or Pollença and enjoying the multitude of coves there are. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.

Op 300 meter van Can Rius treft u één of meerdere restaurants. Een supermarkt is in de buurt, op 600 meter. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Can Rius in Muro kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Kosten ter plaatse

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
