Deze vakantiewoning voor 6 personen heeft drie badkamers en drie slaapkamers en beschikt over twee eenpersoonsbedden en twee tweepersoonsbedden. De vakantiewoning is voorzien van drie verwarmingen. Daarnaast is er een zwembad, een tuin, een set tuinmeubelen en een barbecue en zijn er drie airco's. Uw auto kunt u parkeren op een parkeerplaats. De badkamer is voorzien van drie wastafels, een douche, een ligbad, drie toiletten en twee bidets.

De vakantiewoning beschikt over een koel- en vriescombinatie.

Kinderen

Speciaal voor (kleine) kinderen is er een kinderbed en een kinderstoel.

Keuken

De keuken is voorzien van een koffiezetapparaat, een oven, een fornuis, een magnetron en een vaatwasser.

The house is not only located in a dream location, surrounded by mountains, but also offers a private salt pool, with dimensions of 8 m x 4 m and a depth ranging from 1.4 m to 1.9 m. On the terrace you can sunbathe in one of the six hammocks or enjoy an outdoor barbecue. On the fenced plot, you will find an orange orchard and depending on the season you can pick fresh fruit.

The interior is lovingly decorated, preserving the rustic air of the house. The living room, with a wood stove, invites you to rest while watching satellite television, reading a book or listening to music. In the gas stove you will find everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Next door is the dining room with views of the terrace; a very cozy and rustic space to enjoy dinner. The dining room gives access to the laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.

All bedrooms are located on the first floor, two with a double bed and one with two single beds. Regarding the bathrooms, there is a toilet on the ground floor, as well as a bathroom with a bathtub and one with a shower on the first floor. This house welcomes you both in summer and winter, as there is air conditioning in the living room, dining room and bedrooms, as well as central heating throughout.

The house is in the charming town of Biniaraix and has some direct neighbors. The small village, at the foot of the Tramuntana, is a reference point for many hiking routes through the mountains, for example to Cuber or Coll de Ofre. Through these paths, you can get to know a different side of Mallorca, green, quiet and of singular beauty. Regarding the beaches, you have the possibility of going to Puerto de Sóller. Furthermore, in the Tramuntana there are many small stone coves with crystal clear waters such as Port des Canonge, Llucalcari, Cala Deià and the famous cove Sa Calobra.

A few kilometers away is Sóller, famous for its baroque church that watches over the main square. An old tram takes you to Port de Sóller with its sandy beach, restaurants and shops. If you wish, you can take the train from Sóller that goes to the island capital, Palma de Mallorca, passing through a landscape full of meadows, mountains and charming towns. A car is necessary. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.

Op 2,5 kilometer van Can Altes treft u één of meerdere restaurants. Een supermarkt is in de buurt, op 6 kilometer. Zin om wat actiever te zijn? In de omgeving kunt u golfen. Lekker relaxen kan ook, want in de buurt van Can Altes in Sóller kunt u naar het strand of de haven.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
