The flats can be rented separately. There are separate entrances! Of course, the whole house or several flats can be rented at the same time. There is a conservatory with a pool table and table football for everyone to use.The outdoor play area can be accessed directly from each flat, each flat has its own small fenced area - no need to keep your dog on a lead, no stress with unwanted encounters, open the door and let the fun begin!The garden flat is a modern apartment on the ground floor, 35 sqm, studio flat, open-plan living/sleeping area, open-plan kitchen area, rain shower, tiles, FB heating in an ensemble with 3 other holiday flats in a house in the countryside. Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
