Deze vakantiewoning voor 12 personen heeft drie badkamers en zeven slaapkamers. De vakantiewoning is voorzien van een open haard, een TV (internationale zenders) en een DVD-speler. Daarnaast is er een tuin (omheind), een airco, fitnesstoestellen, een zwembad (privé), een barbecue en een terras. Uw auto kunt u parkeren op een parking (overdekt). De badkamer is voorzien van een douche.

De vakantiewoning beschikt over een wasdroger, een internetaansluiting (ADSL, ISDN, draadloos), een vriezer en een wasmachine.

Kinderen

Speciaal voor (kleine) kinderen is er speeltoestellen.

De keuken is voorzien van een magnetron, een oven en een vaatwasser.

The house is located just one kilometre outside the small town of San Vito dei Normanni, yet in an idyllic rural setting.Let your senses be stimulated, feel the soothing sun on your skin, when you've had enough of it, there are also plenty of shady spots and you can cool off in the saltwater swimming pool. As you lie by the pool, you can see the variety of plants and flowers, the blue sky and the ancient olive trees.The house has two flats that can be rented together for up to 15 people or separately outside the high season. Here we offer you both properties together.The ground floor flat is approximately 170 square metres in size and has 4 double bedrooms, a library/office with sofa bed, a living/dining room with fireplace and a large kitchen with adjoining laundry room. There are also two large bathrooms. The upper flat is about 40 square metres in size, has a double bedroom, a room with 2/3 single beds, a bathroom and a comfortable kitchen. There is also a very large, romantic terrace. The dining area is covered by a gazebo, but everyone can also eat together downstairs either by the pool or at the other various dining areas.We are very keen on quality and sustainability and have furnished the house accordingly. All the fabrics, for example, come from a small fabric producer in Apulia, and the bed linen was also made especially for our guests.The flats are very comfortable and have air conditioning in the corridors to the rooms, each room has a fan.The kitchen(s) is/are fully equipped. San Vito has a very well equipped bike shop, many groups ride professionally in the area. We have a few bikes for our big and small guests, which we maintain every year, but they are rather old.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
