This apartment is in a block of 11 apartments. This 5th floor luxury apartment (served with lift) is finished to the highest standards and includes everything you need to make your vacation in Malta a special one. Although the apartment is located in a quiet residential area, it is only a few minutes away by walk from the promenade of Marsascala where you will find a good selection of bars and restaurants, a park for the kids, gelateria, pharmacy, bank, stationary and convenient food store etc.The apartment has an area of over 120 square metres giving you space for you and your family. The apartment on the top floor of the fifth-story building consists of an open living and dining room with an integrated, fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom and a spacious daylight bathroom.
