The exteriors of this property will transport you to a world apart due to its grounds full of nature, trees, and its amazing and unique landscape that you can enjoy in total privacy. In the patio you can sit and have a snack, read quietly or eat a delicacy prepared on the gas barbecue. The beauty of the construction is also extraordinary as it contains Mallorcan stone in each and every one of its corners, from the esplanades, the stairs and the walls, to the walls of the building.

The most peculiar thing, although perhaps advantageous, is that the house is divided into two buildings. In one of them, there is the kitchen, equipped with gas, microwave and other utensils and appliances, including a washing machine. This opens the way to the dining room and the living room, where you can lie down on the sofas and watch television with international channels perhaps accompanied by the heat of the wood stove on the cooler days. In the second building, they find a hall and the bathroom with a shower on the ground floor, and going up the stairs they have two bedrooms with a wardrobe and fan, one of them with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed. There is availability for a cot and a high chair.

The surroundings of the property are second to none. It is located very close to the famous Mirador de Ses Barques, a must-see in fact, where you can enjoy even more dreamlike views. The closest town is Fornalutx, located in the heart of the Tramuntana Mountains. It is very authentic and quiet, with a grocery store and some restaurants with typical Mallorcan food. A car is necessary to move around and see new places. The closest sandy beach is in Puerto de Soller, about 10 km away. The area is perfect for cycling, hiking or driving to Escorca, Sóller, Valldemossa or DeiÃ.

The barbecue is gas as it is prohibited to light a fire from April to October. For possible additional expenses, consult with the advertiser. We do not accept pets. The celebration of events is not allowed. There is outside parking for 1 car.

Tourist license: ETV/6103At the entrance you must pay the Ecotasa (tourist tax of the Balearic Islands) in cash. The amount varies between 0.55€ / per night per person in the low season and 2.2€ / per night per person in the high season. Starting on the ninth day, it is reduced by half. People under 16 years old excluded. At the entrance you have to pay the deposit directly to the owner.

Betalingsvoorwaarden en -termijnen

Binnen zeven dagen een aanbetaling van 30% van het totaalbedrag en eventuele annuleringsverzekering. De tweede betaling is uiterlijk zes weken voor vertrek.

Betaalt u in twee termijnen, dan ontvang u een week voor het verstrijken van de tweede termijn een herinnering per e-mail. Vertrekt u binnen zes weken, dan moet de betaling in één keer voldaan worden. Bij een vertrek binnen veertien dagen moet de betaling in één keer en via creditcard, PayPal, iDEAL (alleen Nederland) of Mister Cash (alleen België) voldaan worden.
