The house has a fantastic location close to Torquay harbour and town centre. From the front door of the property it is possible to reach the harbour and seafront in about ten minutes on foot. Here, there are dozens of restaurants, bars and cafes. The property is also less than a three minute walk from key bus routes that connect the whole of the English Riviera and so it is well placed to enjoy all the attractions that the area has to offer.The house is a modern town house laid out over three floors with its own secure allocated parking space.
