The flats are designed for 5-7 people and 2-5 people respectively and each has a fully equipped kitchen with a fondue and raclette oven, TV, books and information brochures for adults and children. A terrace (flat on the ground floor) or a balcony (flat on the 2nd floor) complete the interior, with the latter offering a wonderful view of the lake and the surrounding countryside.Outside, guests can relax and unwind in the spacious garden. For active holidaymakers, there is also a lockable bike cellar with sockets for e-bikes. Another highlight is the charging station for electric cars, which makes the hotel particularly attractive for environmentally conscious travellers. The location in the village centre opposite the Parkhotel Margna and not far from Lake Sils makes the outdoor area a perfect starting point for discoveries.The surrounding area of Sils Baselgia and Maria offers a wealth of activities and excursions. Na bevestiging van de boeking moet binnen tien dagen een aanbetaling van 20% gedaan worden van de totale huursom. Vervolgens moet de tweede betaling uiterlijk 42 dagen voor vertrek worden voldaan. Indien u vertrekt binnen zes weken dan moet het volledige bedrag direct worden voldaan.
